That sounds like some GOOD comfort food!! The hubby/kids are having honey mustard chicken, baked potatoes, and sauteed green beans. I'll have a piece of fish, plus the side dishes I'm looking forward to cooler weather around here to enjoy a big pot of vegetarian chili and cornbread!!! ENJOY0

I just threw a bunch of veggies in the oven to roast with a spritz of olive oil and Italian seasonings. I'll eat them with some leftover spaghetti squash and some tomato paste/mayo/balsamic sauce.0

We're having my husband's study group over tonight, so dinner is grilled bison burgers and turkey burgers with whole wheat buns and popchips. Easy night tonight.0

Chicken stir fry. Made with chicken, broccoli, 1/2 cup of rottelle noodles, chilli powder, sweet baby rays bbq sauce. So yummy!0

We had veggie sausages, mash (small portion for me) and braised red cabbage which was gorgeous with the sausages0

Roasted chicken breasts, but I'm not sure what else. Maybe steamed kale and some brown rice. Or maybe just throw some cauliflower and carrots in with the chicken for a super easy dinner.0
