I had 3 egg whites with hot sauce, a lite nonfat yogurt and a sandwich thin. Washed it all down with 3 glasses of water.

2 slices of thick cut bacon
1 ounce of cheddar cheese0 -
half arnold bagel thins with 1/2 tbsp of whipped cream cheese, coffee with non dairy creamer, bottle of water. however i was running late today....bowl of strawberries, blueberries, and 1/4 of banana is my favorite breakfast.0

Nothing. migraine kept me in bed till 11am, then I had a banana. I like variety though, whole grain cereals, oatmeal, 1/2 bagels, egg, english muffins. I range from 250-350 calories for breakfast most days. Oh, don't forget the coffee...0

some eggs whites on a high fiber wrap, with spinach, low fat cheese, bacon bits, light mayo, turkey sasuage and a cup of coffee and it filled me up until snack time which is now :bigsmile:0

I had coffee, with a tablespoon of coconut milk... I'll break my fast around 12:30 or 1pm...0 -
1 cup of fresh, homemade yogurt with honey. Then later I had eggs, more yogurt, fire-roasted almonds and a muffin with granola crumbled on top.
The whole day has been breakfast. lol0 -

8 oz water to wash it down..
and about to have my 2nd breakfast or mini meal of the day...

Big green mostly organic salad with raw sunflower seeds and sprouted mung beans with organic olive oil and braggs apple cider vinegar. Pea protien shake, organic green tea and Kangen water. It took me all morning to eat and drink all of this allowing much pleasure with my foods.0

I've been eating french toast a lot lately. 3 Slices on some sorta grain bread, a few eggs, sweetner and cinnamon mixed together.
If I had my way, it'd be orange crush and cheese slices.0 -

Natural peanut butter with banana and honey on whole wheat bread. Sooo yummy!0

10 g dry oatmeal; 10 g dry flax meal; 100 g frozen blueberries; 100 g water--zapped in the microwave for 3 minutes to creamy blueberry/oatmeal perfection, and then stir in 1 tsp stevia and 1 tbsp nonfat yogurt.
~155 calories, 4 g protein, 6 g fiber. Love it!0 -

a nice garden salad with carrot-ginger dressing
and a wasabified soy sauce!0 -
Just had steel cut oats cooked with pureed pumpkin, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, vanilla, a touch of brown sugar and water with blueberries on top. My new favorite breakfast.0
