Considering I've only read HP, I'll go with HP for books and Star Wars for movies, then HP.

The LOTR movies are even better than the books, which is saying a lot.

No. No, no, no. Please tell me you are kidding. Please don't make me lose faith in humanity.

LOTR, Star Wars, Harry Potter and then the other ****.

Star Wars. THE ORIGINAL THREE. The ones that came out more recently don't exist...nd I refuse to live in a world where Greedo shot first.

Also, to everyone who said Twilight: you have serious taste issues.

For me it's Lord of the Rings b/c I like the sub stories. Star Wars is good when I'm in the mood for a good ol' fashioned western - that's what Star Wars is after all: a space western complete w/ white hats for the goodies & black hats for the baddies. Harry Potter is a nice place to visit if you don't count the last chapter/scene. I've never seen Twilight so I won't weigh in on that one.

Twilight RANT: How is it that so many (particularly YOUNG) women do not see the allusions to repeat-pattern abusive relationships? (She is perpetually and willingly at-risk throughout the majority of the series--and young women just absorb her mentality--such a WEAK women, terrible role model...)

Movie: Star Wars - ONLY the originals.
Book: A better choice, please? ;)
