Would you stay with your current mate, or would you hire the worlds best attorney and "trade up".

  • LOL! I would definitely stay with my mate...after 18 years of marriage, I can't imagine life without him!! But, I WOULD quit my job, hire a full time chef and a full time fitness trainer.

My husband is amazing so there's no trading up.

I'm hoping to hear "staying with"

However, some people are cold. And I was curious...

Stay and buy him and my step daughter whatever they wanted. Would also offer his ex a few million to split visitations with step daughter to 50/50 instead of every other weekend.

I would stay with my "mate" for sure!! lol We have gone through alot in our 10 years and I couldn't think of anyone else I would want to trade up with. Though I have a LOONNGGG list of things I would do and buy!! New Bicycles, cars, house to name a few!

I would stay with my current mate because I know he would be a lot of fun if we had money. Right now while we're struggling he can be a pain sometimes but without the added stress of money problems and all we had to do is sit back and think of fun things to do...we'd have a blast! and I wouldn't be able to have that with just anybody!

I'd donate it. I don't need many things to be happy, and I've separated myself from material attachments the best of my ability.

Trading up doesnt mean youre cold. Some people are stuck in bad situations that they cant get out of because of finances. In a perfect world, we would all say staying with but it isnt that way. :flowerforyou:

Stay. He's got an adventurous spirit and a travel bug that would only enhance the money experience. That and I wouldn't want to be without him.
  • My husband is amazing. I am blessed and wouldn't trade him.

you are VERY correct my dear! however, I'd hope those people would have left by now anyhow.
Nothing is more sad than being stuck in a bad situation for any reason.

I have waited a long time for my husband and I know with millions he would be fun and not stupid with it. I lvoe him and for the person that said there is nothing wrong with trading up...thats sad.

Since I don't have one, I'm assuming option 3 "Buy one from Russia or Thailand" is an option, right?

    edit: corrected typo...grrrrr

    Dead serious

I'd also pay off all of my ex husbands debts, buy him a house, AND a nice chunk of money.

JUST so he would move to where I want to live. lol

I'd stick with my man... but I'd have fun spending the prize!!!! We're both dreamers and in our minds we've already spent that money more times than I can count... We also have most of the same ambitions for the money!!!

I've already been traded, so if I won the mega millions lottery I'd rent a mediocre apartment and start looking for Mrs. Awesome. Then, upon returning from our honeymoon, I'd let her know that she won too.
  • Definitely stay! I would give most of it away though. I am too scary...wouldn't want ppl stalking me and my family. Even with the most lavish neighborhoods....or I would appear to have the average income:smile:

I love my Husband very much, This is actually a pretty deep question,
At ths point in my life, I believe we would go our seperate ways, we are two very different
people. sometimes it is best to let those you love go :frown: Not to trade up, just to spread
our wings and soar like we were never able to before.

THe only real "lavish" thing about my life would be my kids going to the best private school I could get them in!!!

well that and Billy Joel singing at my wedding
  • I admire ALL of the people who said "stay with their mate" ....so much !! Congratulations on your <3

Hmm, well, I don't have anyone to get rid of or stay with, so I guess I'd hire a trainer, get to the point where I look absolutely stunning, and maybe find some poor (not necessarily money-wise, just like "poor thing, he actually wants me?), handsome guy who wants me?

Edit: getting tired, i guess.............. zzzzzzzZZZZZZZzzz

I would def keep my hubby. And there would be no more bytching at him about how much money he spends on his "toys". He would have the car and garage of his dreams and I would have my dream cars. I'd also have a place for my momma to live. My house would be average but high end.

I admire this answer as much as the others.

This was meant to be a deep question, and as much as I was hoping for "stay" I was also hoping for honesty.
