Carbs are not what makes you feel full -- protein is.
Try protein shakes, eggs, greek yogurt
AGREE WITH ^^. I always pair carbs with protein too, never have a carb snack alone. If I have a piece of fruit, I have a little protein with it to avoid sugar spikes which cause hunger. Example, apple with string cheese... berries with greek yogurt, etc. I have noticed a HUGE difference since I started doing this. I also avoid "empty calories" like 100 calorie packs and stuff because although they are low calorie snacks, they don't fill me up and since I'm always hungry they are pretty much pointless to me.0
