    Hey all,
    I'm looking for a good, safe colon cleanse that I could do at home.
    I'm really not sure how to go about that, so if anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.

    Go to Walmart or Target and get their generic brand of Fiber Therapy. It's says laxative but It's actually pure psyllium husks. There is a sugar free orange flavored that actually tastes pretty good. Take a teaspoon of this in about 6 oz cool water before your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drink a big glass of water afterwards. Talk about a colon cleanse! And it's all natual!
