When my good friend died from cancer at age 40. Obesity is a huge risk factor for cancer, and diabetes, and heart disease, and osteoarthritis - etc. etc, .. I'd like to die a natural death at age 95 - not a disease and pain filled one, so I figured something had to change - and it started with my gut.0

I waited too long to get the weight off. My breaking point was when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 3C 6 months ago. I've been in remission for a few months and know that I have a much better chance of staying in remission if I can lose the weight.0
