    If I'm not too late to weigh in for the 10/13- 10/16 week, here are my numbers: I lost .3 this week, but I'm surprised at myself and the apparent lack of caring I've had the past few weeks. Do I want this or what? Interesting to say the least.

    Ugh...retaining water like crazy, scale was showing +4lbs on Tuesday...so to manage to stay the same feels like a minor victory...even if I know I've been really good all week and was really hoping for a good loss!

    These last 11.5lbs haaaaate me! 8lbs to go...so near and yet so far...feel like my body is telling me something!
