I revised my goals again! A good problem to have because I already meet my mini goal weight! :O) My weight category should be 21-25.

I am going through a rough time right now. I am waiting for some results and this will change my futur. So my goal right now is to just stay the same and not gain any weight but I want to continue this challenge, I should know by next week my doctor will be calling me with my results. Please send a prayer my way!

Weighing in at 142 - that's up 0.5 lb but this time it's a good thing :happy:
I've upped my calories the past few days in order to carb load for my next race (Half Marathon on Sunday!) So, according to the science behind it I'm doing just fine & should gain another 2 lbs or so by race day.

Falisha, I put myself down for 13lb weight loss because I thought I would not manage to lose it any faster ... but it seems that I have already met my goal .... WOOPPEEE!!!.
I still have plenty to go so I will be aiming to lose more.
I don't mind if you decide to leave me in the weight category that I am in, or if you think it is best to move me to the next one

I have a little bit of a gain left over from our 2 week holiday. We arrived home from Hawaii on tuesday & on wed. morning I was up 7 lbs. But most of it was a lot of water gain, because of sitting in airport, plane & then 4 hour drive home. This morning I weighed myself & was down 6.6 lbs , in 3 days. So have only .4 lb to lose all my holiday weight. Hope to be down next week. Hope you all had a great week. We sure did enjoy our holiday. I miss the swimming every day!0 -

I am absolutely amazed at my loss for the week. I have been on vacation for 8 days and have not been able to log my food for the past 3 days due to having no internet access. I planned my meals in advance and made sure to incorporate fruits and veggies and really listened to my body while trying to mentally tabulate the approximate caloric content of what I was eating. I also got in lots of exercise including going to the YMCA for a couple of Zumba classes (I have a new-found respect for my local instructors though...! Not only did I exceed my expectations as far as how much I have lost, but I entered into ONEderland too! In June, I had set that goal for January 1, 2012, and in September (at the beginning of this challenge), I had hoped to reach that by Thanksgiving - now I have blown it out of the water over a week before Halloween!!! Plus, I am only 0.4 pounds away from reaching my 12.01.2011 mini-goal!
I am extremely proud of myself today, as I am sure you can tell... lol0 -
The weight isn't dropping as fast as I'd like it to, but next week I *should* hit my -30 mark! And I'm about 6 pounds from my "healthy" window, so that's exciting. I need to start working out more and I'm hoping this new job (that I start on Monday!) will help in a combination of moving around more and maybe allowing me the money to get a gym membership! Anyway, slow but steady wins this race and while I keep plugging along towards the ever nearing finish line, I'll take whatever loss I can get!
