After anorexia

Options
Hey Guys,
So I was anorexic for a while, and for a while, I was so used to eating so little so I have a hard time reaching my calorie goals now. I am now losing weight the healthy way but still, I have a hard time reaching my goal becuase for a while I drilled it in my brain that I should eat less. Any tips to reach my goal of 1,200 cal?
* I usually go to the gym and burn off 500 cal, so that definently doesn't help, but I really want to go!

Eat real foods. Nothing "diet" or low fat. Whole milk, full-fat cheese, eggs, meat, bread, protein shakes....

Snack on things like nuts. High in calories and good for you.
    Or snack on fruits.
    Snacking is just awesome :D

Of course, these would be along with actual meals.

Yes, you do. And your PARENTS need to get it for you from a licensed professional. This isn't the place.

It was already suggested that you go see professional help. your other thread also had many other suggestions. What more are you looking for honestly?

We are not professionals therefore we are not qualified to give advice to minors with ED's. Please seek professional help. Good luck.

Why do I feel like I said that once already today???

You need to talk to your parents or family doctor. What you are going through is a huge mental struggle, and getting a "diet plan" online is NOT what is going to help you.

Why in the world would a girl of 5'4" need to lose weight when she weighs 123 pounds? You don't need to lose weight, you need to lose the bad self image. Time to go back to (or start) therapy. Sorry, but had to put it out there.

Agreed. Reading your profile, you should probably begin with a professional and not on here to lose weight.
