I am in the same boat about a gain. Went on vacation and 4 pounds higher this morning then when I left. I am back on track and drinking lots and lots of water. I want that number back to what it was before vacation by Friday- I hope...lol. But no matter what it is I know I needed the "break" and my body will respond well to this since I had hit a "stand still". I believe this is just what I need to get me back on track to loosing those very unwanted pounds! Good luck!0
