Back on track Subway Club w/Sun Chips and 100% apple juice. Buried the sandwhich in veggies w/no sauce and the juice got me some fruit and fiber. I have a Kraft Live active gronola bar to cure the sweet tooth later. Yes I am awesome.

I thought I was going to do bad this week, because my weight seemed to be going up at the beginning of the week, yet by the end I had lost an other pound!:drinker:0
