    What I don't understand is why the mirror tells me I'm 20 pounds heavier in the nude than I am fully dressed.

    If I'm posing for a picture, I can look awesome! But if I get caught in the background... without sucking in my gut and posing perfectly... I'm not happy with what I see yet.

    That's why I'm here.

    I try to not ever call myself derogatory fat terms like "whale" though, since I aim to treat myself like my best friend. :flowerforyou:

    Oms !! So stange u posted this ! I had these exact thoughts this morning :( sometimes I think I look 'normal' in the mirror and I can see my weightloss, but in pictures I'm a cow !!
