AWESOME Butternut squash soup

I am obsessed with this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/butternut-shrimp-soup-with-sherry/detail.aspx. Note: I did not use sherry, used shrimp stock instead of chicken, used 1/2 pound shrimp instead of 1/3 and did not puree any of the shrimp.

I have made it twice in the past month! My poor family is so sick of squash :)

What yummy fall recipes are you into right now? I need some more ideas. Thanks!
