Is this a serious question? There is no one perfect size. We are all built different and have different heights. My perfect will differ from someone else's perfect.

Actually, it was The Commodores who started that "36-24-36" in their song Brickhouse.

    Touche!

And I agree with everyone else. I don't think you can put a definite measurement on confidence.

I can't EVER imagine my waist being 24". That is tiny. Maybe a 28, at least, but not a 24.

    "36,24,36".

    .....only if she's 5'3"......

    EDIT: I don't actually like Sir Mix-A-Lot.
I'm 5'3 and will likely never have a 24 inch waist. And honestly, I don't believe that I want one that tiny.

The perfect measurement is the one YOU are happiest in.

To get a 24 inch waist I think I would need to have my pancreas removed.

The perfect size, is when you can go out in a swim suit ( one or two piece) and feel 100% awesome, no shrugging, wraps or big hats...

There is no perfect size or sets of measurements. I will probably never be smaller than a size 6. I would be skelatal at a 2. Others look great at a 2. My measurements are 34-28-40. Yeah, pear. But that's okay too.

I don't think there's an ideal measurement that can define everyone. Some people are slender, some people are curvy, everyone's unique. As long as you're comfortable in your own body and with the way you look, you're the perfect you.

The smallest I have been is 34 / 26 / 24, and I'm 5'5". I haven't measured myself since I lost weight, so I am not sure how close I am to that now. And yes, that is only achievable if you are a hourglass body type with a naturally small frame!

If you're shorter, then it's possible to have a 24" waist. My measurements are 33-24-34 at 5'2", but I'm not done losing weight yet, so hopefully a 22" waist when I'm done XD?
