I have discovered a new love for whipped cream. But since I'm getting the fat free RediWhip, even if I were to empty the whole can in my mouth it would only be 185 calories. I'm now going to make sure I keep 1 or 2 cans in the fridge at all times for whenever I need something sweet that seems sinful at the time but really isn't all that bad.
I do have to stay away from things like chips/goldfish/etc now. Used to have a horrible problem eating half or the whole bag. Can't go back there again. LOL0 -
Tootsie rolls!!!!! Learned the hard way, had 2 give them 2 a friend, lol. Doritos, Oreos, pretzels, and Pizza.0

Anything snacky... Combos Pizzeria Pretzels, chips, cheetos...
I do pretty good on baked goods. I like to bake but don't really care to eat them, but once I get started, watch out. I try to make things & give it away. The guys I work with LOVE it! lol0 -
Ice cream or anything chocolate. I just can't have it in the house. I learned that lesson again today when I bought candy for a party we are having on Sunday.0

My problem is I am like this with ALL food. I will literally eat until my stomach feels like its gonna rupture...
Not because I eat my feelings, but because I LOVE LOVE LOVE to eat.0 -
My home made cheesy potatoes. Basically a twice baked potato casserole. Lol I will eat nothing but that until its gone, and OMG its soooo damn fattening lol0

It usually happens with foods that aren't filling or have too much salt or sugar in them (which makes them addictive).
My problem food is fruit. It doesn't matter what kind, I will eat all of it within two or three days.0 -
Chips!!!! I can resist sweets any day but salty .......YUMMMMMM!!!! Nacho cheese doritos are one of my favs! I tried buying a bag of the singles bags in a combo pack thinking that would be ok. Um....not! I ate all 4 bags...in.a.row.:noway: :laugh:0

ESPECIALLY If I bake cupcakes, cake, banana bread whatever. It has to be eaten! Not always by me, but if there are leftovers I can't force myself to save it for another day0 -

I have a really hard time with most pre-packaged junk foods so I just have to leave them alone entirely. I can eat a few if I'm out somewhere but if I have the whole package, I'll eat the whole package.0 -
cereal is another weakness of mine. especially kiddie ones like golden grahams or reese's puffs cereal.
it happens with kashi though as well...there's something just so addictive about it.0 -

I've noticed this too, mostly when it comes to lasagna. People always try to claim pasta is so filling but I can eat an entire dinner plate full of lasagna and still have room for more.0 -

My big thing is sugary snacks. I've brought myself down to 1 sweet snack a day, but it's still hard. Today was the snack size 3 musketeers someone brought to work.
I have 1 ounce bags of potato chips in my desk at work for those days where Almonds aren't cutting it.0 -

My list could go on for ages.....but the first thing that comes to mind is Rainbow brand Dark Potato Chips. They're made in MI and not sure if you can get them elsewhere....they're basically all of the overcooked potato chips from they're factory. O.M.G.
I may or may not have bought a bag of them today and that may or may not be why they are the first thing that comes to mind. :huh:
And, I may or may not be eating some right now0 -
