Sick & lost weight

Ok so my dilema is.. I was sick all week. I have been eating and keeping track but basically it's only been soup & crackers. I have had some toast every once in a while but have been under my calories just about every day this week. I havent worked out any but I have lost about 4lbs. I usually weigh in (and track it) every Mon. I doubt I'll be eating much over the weekend; so Im not sure if I should weigh in on Mon & track it or just skip it. I dont want to give myself a false sense of weight loss lol.
Any thoughts on what I should do?
