BMI from obese to healthy!

I just needed to share this because it's a great feeling: I am at a healthy BMI for the first time in years!
When I started on MFP I weighed around 178lbs and my BMI was 31.5 - in the obese range! Today (126 days later) I weighed in at 139, giving me a BMI of 24.6 which counts as "normal"!
Such a great feeling :drinker:

Your story motivates me to keep going. Mine is at 33.7%...and with hard work like yours, I hope to be down in a normal range next year.0

I do 2-3 zumba classes a week plus a couple of hours of home workout DVDs (just finished 30 Day Shred), and I try to get in a brisk 20 minute walk on my lunch break most days0
