    Since everyone is at different levels we want to start somewhere in the middle.

    So first we need to make sure everyone is drinking water, so the challenge
    is to start with 5 glasses a day and work our way up.

    We also need to be exercising.
    So let's challenge that everyone does 10 minutes of activity a day. Simple marching or jogging
    on the spot. Up and down the stairs for 10 minutes. Even the wii gets us moving if you have one.
    While I'm waiting for the kid's bus I do step ups on the curb..:smile:

    If anyone else has ideas for quick 10 minute exercises please post!

    I went hiking with my love yesterday...and I got in 5 glasses of water :smile:
    I struggle with the water, so it was a good day!

    I've got my 5 glasses in and done my 15 minute of exercise..woohoo !!!!

    worked out on the elliptical for half hour and got my 5 glasses of water. it was a good day!

    Bump up your 15 minutes to 30 minutes for the day !!!!
    And push yourself for 8 glasses for today !!!!

    Tomorrow is weigh in day and I will post results Thurs morning !!!!

    I drank 1 bottled water yesterday...which I might add was painful:embarassed: Today I will try for 2 waters. Exercise for today has been 10 minutes of climbing my stairs..lol..my kids think I am losing it!! Cheers everyone and good luck!!:wink:

    Hi there,

    My water intake is my problem, I have been exercising way more than I'm suppose to. My family and I have discovered the Wii Fit and we try to top each others scores every day. It's a blast and before you know it you have been working out for an hour.

    So today I have had one glass of water and I'll try to get seven more in there.

    You have to start somewhere with the water, each day add alittle bit more !!:drinker:

    I have a water bottle that I keep filled on the cupboard and everytime I walk by it I take a drink.

    I am on mission to drink all my water before wanttobemore active in the mornings..lol WTG !!!

    I did 25 minutes on the stationary bike and 10 minutes with weights

    I have had my 8 glasses of water already especially since I drank a lot at the gym

    30 minutes on elliptical on level 5 (previously did it on 4), got four glasses of water in and workin on the next four.
