    Ok I am in! Ready to step it up in November!

    November Goal - Exercise Goal- 60 miles (walking or biking) For month of November.
    Training for 5K with whole family on Thanksgiving morning.
    Everyone is trying to get fit. We also tamed our dinner down
    so everyone can be successful on this day.
    Weight Goal-15 lbs for month of November

    Holy cow, people, I had no idea we had so many ROCKSTARS waiting for their spotlight!! This is going to be a great challenge, your energy and enthusiasm is already jazzing me up!! :love:

    I'm loving everyone's motivation!

    So what is everyone doing to prepare for Nov 1? Any "last meals" or "game plans" around?

    ON OCTOBER 31 WE EAT LIKE A KING THAT DAY FOR THE NEXT DAY I LEAD THE SPARTANS INTO BATTLE TO DESTROY THE ENEMY WE KNOW WAS FAT AND WE WILL NOT STOP TILL EVERYONE REACHES THEIR GOAL BECAUSE WE ARE SPARTA AND WE WILL NEVER FAIL. BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.     Starting weight-- 241.5
    Goal Weight by Nov. 30--230

    Mini Goals--Drink 8 glasses of water, excercise 4 days a week, eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies daily:smile:

    My measurements are:
    Hips--55
    Waist--46--(My main area that I will be working on)
    Thighs --28

    Sounds like fun. I haven't been part of too many challenges, and I think for the month of November which is going to be crazy for me, I can use all the motivations I can get.

    Goal: Lose 5-8 pounds and start running.
    Start Weight: 165 (hopefully will be at my weight in on Friday this week)
    Start Measurements (if you want): Need to check at home....

    Love this! I would love to join. I have been doing well on the eating portion of being healthy, but the moving portion has been hit or miss. I would love to get myself moving this month!

    Im In!! Today is day 1 on my diet and I woke up at 5:30am to run/walk....Need to drop 15 by January for dress fittings for my wedding in July....so this is JUST the motivation I need!! THANK YOU!

    Count me in! I always thought the Spartans were kinda cool :laugh:

    I'm maintaining, so my goal is a fitness one, and, hopefully, suitably Spartan:

    Do the 30DS every day and make up for any missed sessions by doubling up.

    My preparation will be seeing if I can do level 2 tonight, having already done level 1 in the morning.

    The clocks are changing, so my plan is to keep waking at the old time, not the updated one.
