After doing the totals, I felt like such a slacker! I hopped on the treadmill and walked another 1.57 miles. Now only 18 left...still more than I see happening with such a busy weekend

Question - Do most of you run everyday? Didn't know if I needed to give the old running muscles a break or it's ok to just do it everyday(if the schedule allows). I am overweight but in pretty good cardio shape.0 -

If I run it's only a mile or so maybe 3 times a week. I walk mostly (average 6 miles a day) but wondered if you need to still give muscles a break. Walking is my current anti-depressant! My drug of choice if you will.0 -
Feeling so much better! Sorry I havent posted in 3 days I got in another 4 miles Wed, 3 Miles yesterday and 1 this morning hoping to get out and do some more tonight!

Happy Friday!! Anybody have fun plans for tonight? I'm home tonight, but tomorrow night I'm getting all wenched up and hitting downtown with some friends. My sister is coming to watch my kids, bless her! I need the break so bad
Just another 2.06 miles on the treadmill for me today, crossing my fingers that my plans for gym first thing tomorrow follow through. I'm proud that I haven't let life get in the way of working out, but I still miss the elliptical.

Today is Saturday and I hope all will enjoy this weekend somehow/someway especially if you have kids with pillowcases full of candy!! There was a time we had 4 kids Trick or Treating so you can imagine how much crap we helped them eat! Headed to 6 Flags today w/my HRM and running a 5k tomorrow's Down & DIrty race!! SO I may be late in logging again!! Sorry!0 -
