To eat or Not to eat: BEFORE OR AFTER a workout??

Absolutely personal preference. I do my workouts after work, and I will generally have something really little (like one slice of toast or a little piece of cheese, like a kids cheese stick or something) just to get rid of that hollow feeling and get me through til dinner. I have found if I eat more than that I feel heavy and it makes it harder to work out, and if I don't eat anything I do get ravenous and can't concentrate on my workout and therefore don't put in 100% OR I cut it short because i am just so hungry.
Just play around with it - you'll find what makes you comfortable.0
