    I have lost 47 pounds in 4 1/2 months.

    36 pounds is around 7 months. The pattern has been sawtoothed (up a little/down a little) with a steady downward trend and I've stuck to my calorie budget really well.

    I've lost 39 lbs since May 1st~~so almost 6 months. I'm hoping to lose another 13 or so.

    80 pounds from April through August. It has come to a screeching halt for now because of a kidney problem and probably won't regain its momentum until they figure out exactly what is wrong and handle it.

    14.8kg from June 2010 to now, with a LOT of fluctuation throughout that time. But still, that's 14.8kg out of 100kg so only 85.7kg to go!

    I've been doign this now for almost three weeks starting tomorrow(tues) and so far I have lost 3 Ibs. I actually like it.

    I have lost nearly 60 pounds. I started 1/1/11, my new year's resolution. 2011 has been great so far!! :bigsmile:
