Happy Friday! Last week- 170.0 This week- 171.8. A 1.8 gain but I am stilling feeling healthier than I have been. PLus I also slacked this week on documenting everything that went into my mouth! We will see what 7 more days brings!0

It seems like no matter what I do I can't lose weight. If I manage to lose a pound (like yesterday) its back within a day or 2. I have tried less calories, more calories, getting exercise. I am starting to wonder if its my thyroid. I have been trying to lose weight before summer and its not budging.
