I had hoped for better, but will take 1 lb. At least I am back to losing, and didn't gain again! I thought I did very well for Thanksgiving, but we will see next week!0 -
It's my first week so the previous weigh-in was not quite a week ago...

Not ideal, but not too bad especially considering this was a week when I allowed myself to have some cheats to celebrate finishing a course!!0 -

This was a disappointing week. I knew it would be though. While I've stayed 100% on track and true to my calorie counts, I'm taking some prednisone through next week. I suppose I should be happy the scale didn't go UP!

Is it too late to join? I would love too! Right before the weekend sounds wonderful. Let me know. This week I weighed in at 173.8, Gained 1/2 pound because of Thanksgiving but the coconut cream pie was worth it, lol. Thats ok I am sure I will lose it plus more this next week.

I'll join in too. It's Friday, I just discovered this thread, and I need the motivation. I just dithered around, weight wise, the whole month of November. Besides the holiday food, I had two trips with lots of restaurant meals. The good news is that I mostly maintained my weight. The bad news is that I really lost my routine and my weight loss momentum. I weigh myself often but don't log my weight here unless it shows some loss. This morning my weight is up, but I was on airplanes all day Wednesday, and it usually takes me 48 hours to drop the water retention after flying. Anyway, let me get started.
- last Friday's weight was 159.4
- today's weight is 160.0
Assuming I'll be back to 159.4 tomorrow when the water retention passes, my goal is to be 158.something by next Friday and to be 157.something by Christmas.0 -
I would love to join. This weeks weight 164.5.! My weight fluctuates and I don't know what to make of it. Weekly challenges sound great idea. Thanks.
