Wondering if I'm going to be the only one weighing in today?? :laugh:
Last week: 195lbs
This week: 196lbs
+ 1 lb!!! .....and I don't even celebrate Thanksgiving! Tut tut!!!
I have started eating close to my 1200 net this week just as a test as before I was not eating back my exercise calories, and this is the result of eating more, which is better than + 4lbs showing earlier in the week!! I'm going to stick with it for a little longer to give myself a chance to work out what is best for ME! So please bear with me.........0 -

I haven't lost anything this week, then again, I'm going to double check my weight and weigh-in tomorrow. I was on night duty last night and was eating in the middle of the night. It may have messed everything up, so I'll give it another day.
However.............I know there has been an improvement. Have copied my status update below for you to read........
" Right folks, something new to share. In work we wear navy trousers with our pale blue hospital tunic uniform. In the summer I was wearing a UK size 20 trousers. Last month after losing a few pounds I downsized to a UK size 18 and purchased a UK size 16 to hang in my wardrobe to spurr me on to lose more pounds. I had hoped to get into the size 16 by the end of the year. Today, I tried the size 16 on to see how much more work I had left to do. Lo and behold, the trousers fitted me perfectly. It's not that I have lost a great deal more weight in the last couple of weeks, but I must be toning up with my swimming and aquafit. I had never measured my arms, thighs, waist etc. so have no comparison to go on, but clothes are definitely a bit loser these days. Am now all measured up and will use this to compare in future. Heading out this weekend to buy a size 14 to hang up in the wardrobe now for more inspiration!! "

Is it too late to join? I would love too! Right before the weekend sounds wonderful. Let me know. This week I weighed in at 173.8, Gained 1/2 pound because of Thanksgiving but the coconut cream pie was worth it, lol. Thats ok I am sure I will lose it plus more this next week.

Lost = 5 lbs
I have been playing around with losing weight since I downloaded the app in February. Finally really started getting serious last week, and I plan to change some bad habits into better ones!

I had hoped for better, but will take 1 lb. At least I am back to losing, and didn't gain again! I thought I did very well for Thanksgiving, but we will see next week!0 -
It's my first week so the previous weigh-in was not quite a week ago...
Sun 27 Nov - 89.0kg (196.2 pounds)
Fri 2 Dec - 89.4kg (197.1 pounds)
Not ideal, but not too bad especially considering this was a week when I allowed myself to have some cheats to celebrate finishing a course!!0 -

Friday 2nd December - 202lbs
2lb loss this week and I'm so delighted. Onderland is in grabbing distance now!!!0 -

This was a disappointing week. I knew it would be though. While I've stayed 100% on track and true to my calorie counts, I'm taking some prednisone through next week. I suppose I should be happy the scale didn't go UP!
