    hm, i don't believe i've ever had fried turkey. we actually don't really have turkey for thanksgiving. :laugh: my family prefers deep fried fish. :embarassed:

    we usually do fry ours too, but I think that we are going to looking for a healthier way to do it this yr. but fried is so good and juciey. maybe will smoke it this time. I bought my hubby a turkey smoker like 3 yrs ago and he has never used it, maybe its time to try it out.

    We usually roast our turkey in a roaster.

    I'm trying to find nutrition info about infrared fried turkey. Any one seen any? I do them all the time and don't know how to enter 'em!

    Nope. Filled with homemade stuffing (hot Jimmy Dean sausage...*drool*), basted with copious amounts of butter and fresh garlic, and served with my famous cheesy-bacon mashed potatoes.

    For dessert? Your choice of Rolo turtles or whip-cream smothered pumpkin pie.

    Who gives a *kitten* about calories on Thanksgiving? :drinker:
