    I did it! Not 30 but my 40min daily goal+ situps+arm curls...

    It took
    25% to get dress
    50 to 60% to get my butt up get my Ipod and get on the elliptical
    the other 25-15% so easy after I got on....

    I decided that if I leave it to a whim about what workout I will do I WON'T DO IT!!! I need a plan. I decided (because I'm a masochist) that I will do 6 wk 6 pack because I didn't think Jillian was a little too much like Satan the first time around. But I want a better looking tummy and 4 weeks from today is my 10th wedding anniversary!!
