Day 2 is the worst for me. Heavy flow and great risk of leakage. One day, if you are good, I will tell you the story of The Big Leak of April 11th. That was on a day 2.

Is day 2 this gross and miserable for everyone or is it just me?

    Really? What is your worst day? Is it 1? I get cramps on day 1, but only for 4 hours.

    I read online once that you can totally do it yourself at home.

    I thought this post was going to be about periods FOR EVERYONE. This was misleading, and frankly very disappointing. It's time men got to have periods as well. I propose the 2nd Tuesday of the month.

    Switch to pads and it will be blue windshield wiper fluid. Still heavy, but way prettier.

    I've never kept track of how many hours my cramps last. During my next period I will be sure to write it all down on a calendar and get back with you.

    Hmm, binge on everything in sight, then go buy some chocolate, forget about the dozens of other periods you have had and ask for advice each month about what is happening to you.

    Men get them. It just is cleaner and doesn't require diapers.
