    To answer the question, powder cream us usually better. I use non-dairy powder now. That is unless I go to the 7 and then it is an international delight French vanilla.

    'Cause I can't stand low cal. If I'm going to get a protein shake, I want to real deal.

    Raw almonds are my favorite nuts. Pistachios are pretty good as well.

    ok - all joking aside - non dairy creamers can be used as incendiary powder. think about that the next time you go to pour chemicals into your coffee. you can set it on fire and make a decent light show.
