I know some will say don't do it, but I weigh in every single morning. I wake up, use the bathroom, weigh myself.0

I weigh myself every Friday morning...wake up, go to the bathroom, and weigh myself fully naked
But, I don't log it on MFP unless I've actually lost from the previous time I logged.0 -

I do the same thing. It keeps me on track so I know if I need to push myself harder, drink more water, etc. I don't go ape**** if I can an ounce or two throughout the week, but it does help keep myself in check.0 -
every morning first thing.0

LOL0

Try to every Monday.0

I weigh-in every morning. Wake up, potty, weigh, sigh deeply and start my day. lol The scale moves slowly (because I have trouble with late night study break snacking), but it is crawling in the right direction and it motivates me to stick with it through out my day.0

Every morning as soon as I wake up and pee! I even write it down in a notebook I keep in the bathroom - I'm anal like that! Just keeps me in line!0
-
Every Monday, but I focus more on measurements and I don't let the number on the scale define me.0
-
every morning after I use the restroom and get out of the shower0

Every morning but if you do that of course you're going to have fluctuations etc. Can't get mad about it. But it makes me feel better to know that I did good the day before and makes me feel accountable for what I do.0
-
Too often! Every morning, I just can't help myself.0
-
Once a week, even if I know I'm going to gain from something like a bad weekend.0
-
When I remember - every Friday.
That way I know going into the weekend how well behaved I have to be or if there's some room to indulge.0 -
Once a week. I have logged every day to watch my natural tendencies.
Wed I am always at my lightest. Friday night I have a 5-6 lb weight spike. Every time.0 -
Just about Every morning I weigh after restrooming in underclothes, I only report on MFP once a week and only if its a loss, like someone else said I dont make a big deal about it usually if its up I know why and learn from it and how my body is0
-
I weigh in once a week at my Scottish Slimmers. X0
-
I weigh in every single morning, I don't log any weight loss on here until the second day if the scale agrees.0

I try to weigh myself every day. Last summer while at my trailer, I didn't have a scale with me and gained weight. I do better if I have frequent feedback.
A few years ago, I lost weight using the "Carbohydrate Addicts Diet". I never ate more healthier in my life. Anyway, the authors recommend weighing yourself every day. Then, once a week, add up the numbers and take an average. It gives you a realistic number for your weight and takes into account the fluctuations we all see during the week. Instead of having a weigh in day, when you may have consumed too much salt the day before which will alter your weight, you just use the average as your weight for the week.0 -
every morning after i pee lol0

It entirely depends on if I feel like I'm losing weight or not.
If I feel I'm having a bad week, I'll weigh myself a lot. Mostly it's once a week on a Sunday. I have to do that for my diet plan.
:bigsmile:0 -
Few times a week. Once I hit goal, once a week until I feel comfortable enough to stop weighing in.0
-
I used to weigh in every day. Now I weigh in twice a month. The 1st and 15th.0

I weigh in on the website as soon as there is a change (for the better) in my weight. I usually weigh myself before I work out and after as motivation to do well. It's also fun to see the change in the graph as far as the weight loss. Day 56 today with 12 lbs lost!0

I weigh myself every morning and write it on my calender in my bedroom. I like to see my losses and how my weight flucuates throughout the month. I only log my weight in MFP if I had a loss.0
-
Every morning when I get up.0

I weigh myself several times a day. I don't see anything wrong with it, to be honest. Yes, my weight fluctuates, but if it's up that helps to remind me not to snack or over eat. It's terrific motivation to behave myself.
I log my weight every morning, after peeing, naked. I don't if I don't have my scale with me. That's just asking for heart break .0
