    I'm in! This is going to be a hard month with Thanksgiving! That is why I am up for the challenge....

    SW as of today 140 lb
    GW 135 lbs

    Exercise time.....hmmm.....lets say at least 600 minutes for the month. I'm at least signed up for 300 minutes for zumba classes....I will need to push to do the other 300 on my own.

    Goal for November: 138lb
    Self-Challenge: Exercise 600 minutes during the month of November.
