Usually boobs are the first to go. Super easy to lose. Look at half the female contestants on Biggest Loser. Most of them are becoming beyond flat chested.
I've lost about 33+ lbs... and I have unfortunately noticed quite a difference in my chest.
I guess weight loss is like a win lose type of thing... :grumble:
lost tons of inches in my waist but lost probably just as much in my chest lol
(but then again maybe it's all in my head)

Dear gods, am I the only one that doesn't ever lose boob size?! I'm down 23 pounds, and gone from a 42C to a 38DD. And I would LOVE if they lost size!!!!

It all depends on how much of your chest is breast tissue versus adipose tissue (fat).
You will not lose breast tissue, but you'll lost the fat just like you would on the rest of your body.
  • Wow. i have the issue mine are one of the last bits to go.. this time round they seem to be going but really slowly i was an F and now i am a E i want to get to a DD.. but i to worry what they are looking like.. i am hoping they dont change to much...

ok this is the best post ever. TMI isn't an issue because i rotflmao when i read "arms or something". I could not have said it better. My boobs were fab too when i was chubbier and they are looking a lil uhm.. scarce in certain positions, let's just say lol.

    Hahaha. Same.

Well, when I lost a lot of weight initially several years ago and was around 110. I was a C when I was at my heaviest, and the skin didn't want to shrink to adjust to my new A's (or lack there of). After I gained weight back during nursing school I filled out again (small B now) and the problem you describe isn't much of an issue (or at least one I or my boyfriend notice.. I have to give him credit for sticking with me during the "arms" days).

Even though I'm losing body fat, it's a slow loss and my boobs haven't been really been hit by this again yet. Even if they do, I'll just invest in a push-up bra and lights off during sex until after I have kids and then get modest implants.. I hear getting pregnant after implants can cause them to get all shifted due to the breast changes.

The s**t we go through as women...

We're all different, I guess. I appreciate the fact that my man thinks I'm sexy and beautiful from when I was 130# with perky boobs, to 237# with droopy boobs, and every size/weight/type of boob in-between.

Ditto. I went from "A is too big" to a C cup as I gained weight. I've only lost 13 pounds, but I know the boobs are gonna start disappearing some day. Between pregnancy, breastfeeding and the weight gain, who knows what they will look like? Even though clothes aren't really made to fit A-cup women, I don't see myself having surgery. (I'm not against surgery, but I think everyone has to make their own choice about what's right for them.) I'll just invest in some really good bras... There's a reason why bras and underwear used to be called "foundation garments"....the wrong ones and even expensive clothes will fit poorly. Sadly, the days when my college roomate called me the "bra-less wonder" are long gone.
  • Start some pectoral exercises with weights. Toning the muscles in your chest can give you a "lift".
  • Nnnnnnnnnoooooooooo!!!
    Don't say this.
I LOVE my 38G, yes G/doubleG boobs. I'm also scare of losing them. But I remember when was trying way back in the day they didn't get too much smaller but they're some exercises you can do. Too complicated to say here so inbox me or look em up.

I feel your pain, but don't get too worried, yet.

What dya mean boobs are for kids?

hahahaha you got tna's suicide in your profile pic lol

Well, ok, here goes. My boobage looks great in a bra, but when I bend over, they look like rocks in socks (think about it). I just try to never be seen without a bra. One of these days, I'm going to have them lifted and then I will walk around topless until the cops finally catch up with me and put me in jail. Running from the cops topless is really the only reason I run now. Motivation. Also, I do chest exercises, but maybe it's because of the amount of weight I've lost and the fact that I went from an i cup to a b/c, but those chest exercises totally did not work for me.

This is me too, unfortunately. (Well, except for the running topless from the cops part  )
I was a 38D at my heaviest and 75lbs later am a 36B. Never had kids and I'm 33, so it's pretty depressing. Most push up bras don't even work because there isn't any firmness left. They sort of fold and look worse. :grumble: It's definitely going to require surgical help once I reach my goal, along with other loose skin. Honestly, I wouldn't even care about the change in size if they were perky. :ohwell:

you're just losing the fat in your boobs not your actual breast. i'd be happy if i were you! "/
i'd also target those chest muscles to make them more perky
i've always been told by other women that i'm super lucky to be quite small.
i love my small chest! (then again, i've luckily never had body image issues)
i could exercise comfortably without actually wearing a bra (let alone two like a lot of big chested women i know), sleep comfortably, not worry that they are going to sag when i'm old, not have back problems ...etc., etc.

In that position I affectionately refer to them as tube socks.

OMG that made me laugh, but, I understand the reference... mine do too... :( but I do prefer my boobs now after losing some weight. I cried when I gained weight and then found that I was almost a DD... I like my C cup better lol.

Yes, they will just get worse, all stretched and saggy like a tennis ball in a tube sock.

    DANG!!!!!!

Boobs are deflating here. I was so happy to finally have boobs, but neglected to see how the rest of my body had inflated too. I;m happy to be smaller all around
  • and btw - a large chest is HIGHLY over-rated - Nothing is scarier than an old lady with huge knockers

like Ma Kettle? See how low it droops.

I hope my boobs go down when I lose weight. I'd kill to have some A's.

I'd be happy loosing all my breasts if it meant I was at my goal weight. If it bothers you that much, don't go into that downward dog position again and look down...

I feel like my chesticles are the only place I've lost weight from. Just the thought of downward facing dog scares me. After I have kids in a few years, and if I have the money, I would definitely consider getting some full C's (nothing too crazy). My sister-in-law just got fakes though and they look like deformed footballs, so that kind of scares me. In the meantime, it's pushup bras for these gals
  • Oddly my breasts haven't grown in size since gaining weight over several years (at 65kg I was a 10DD - now at 87kg I'm a 12DD/14D which I think more represents an expansion in back fat).

Hopefully this trend is true in reverse .. *crosses fingers*
