@bulblesburst80: yep, we're counting up and down this time. so, if you're on a stair stepper and go up, up, down down, that counts for 2 steps.

Would it be too late to join in on this??? I'm a Stay-at-home Mom and I have an aerobic step here at home. It's a great way to keep me motivated to get at least some cardio in every day!

Can I join? I have been walking around the buildings on break but the weather is getting crappy so walking the stairs would be great.0

I'm dead tired after 20 minutes of running up the stairs.

So I just did 25 minutes of step aerobics doing various exercises w/ the step. I ended up with 500 actual steps, though.

Well, The stair stepper at the gym kills me after 4 minutes, and I went up and down mine at home. I thought I did awesome, but after seeing everyone else... wowza!!!
