Can I join? I have been walking around the buildings on break but the weather is getting crappy so walking the stairs would be great.0

I'm dead tired after 20 minutes of running up the stairs.

So I just did 25 minutes of step aerobics doing various exercises w/ the step. I ended up with 500 actual steps, though.

Well, The stair stepper at the gym kills me after 4 minutes, and I went up and down mine at home. I thought I did awesome, but after seeing everyone else... wowza!!!

I'd like to join - I love the idea of this challenge, and I live on the third floor, so I go up and down stairs several times a day already - this will motivate me to run up and down some more :-)0
