Tomorrow is the first checkpoint after check-in! make sure to post tomorrow sometime so we can record your milage! The post for the checkpoint will be late Sat or early Sunday.
I am on travel, but I tried the Hotels elliptical (still cross training because of my heel problem) - and it was not as intensive as my elliptical at home (i.e., it took shorter time to get my milage in... and it felt like less work)... oh well, still good. Weird though how equipment differs.0 -
Did a short 1.3 miles on Thursday, missed Friday, and ran 4 miles today, for a first week total of 11.5 miles. Will have to pick that up a lot to get my 75 miles in for the month!0

I may not make it to 100 miles but this definitely forces my butt to get moving. I got 14.75 miles done so far.0

My miles are in for the first checkpoint - 3.01 mi on 11/2 and 6.25 mi on 11/3. 9.26 total for the 11/5 checkpoint. Currently crying to Nike+ tech support because yesterday's run didn't sync to the Nike Running website :sad:

My miles are in for the first checkpoint - 3.01 mi on 11/2 and 6.25 mi on 11/3. 9.26 total for the 11/5 checkpoint. Currently crying to Nike+ tech support because yesterday's run didn't sync to the Nike Running website :sad:

I know, it's SO frustrating! So, I did finally manage to get my 6.25 mile run onto my Nike+ account - my ipod did create a run file in the app itself, and I found a program called DiskAid that let me view the actual files on my ipod and move the run file from the 'synched' folder back into the 'recent' folder, and then synch to the Nike+ website again. I'm still missing about 4.5 miles from runs earlier in the year, but it's better than nothing!0 -
11/11/06 - 7 miles. Total is 14.
I just have to say that was an awesome run. I can't believe the difference between this time last year and today on the same route.0 -
Did my run at 4:45 this morning. Darn time change got me. 4 miles today.0

10K (6.2 miles) today --- I was able to run it is 55:50! Not quite the 9 min/miles I was hoping for but I am definitely satisfied with 9:12 min miles!0 -
