    OK - I'm at 10 miles so far .....40 miles is my goal .............

    Pjsmon - thanks for all the you-tube links too, I like to have lots of verity in my walking choices. and its give me more options then my own home libery of DVDs,
    Today I walked 6 miles, my feet hurt. I think I need some new walking shoes. Maybe for Christmas :)

    I'm new to MFP and I'm so happy to find a Leslie group here - I'd love to join you!

    I've been doing Leslie's 5 mile fat burning workout almost every alternate day for some months now.I enjoy her
    workouts and her wonderful, positive attitude!

    I'd like to aim for 5 miles everyday, 6 days a week.

    We have had such nice weather that I have been doing most of my walking outside. LOVE IT! I've been averaging 3-4 miles a day and want to get up to 5 a day.

    I did 3 miles with Leslie today.
    tomorrow is suppost to be a nice day here. I think I'll walk outside too.

    I walked outside for 4 miles. It was actually more than that but I don't count the distance I walk until my grandson get tired and wants to get into the stroller. He stops to look at everything and has such little legs! He's adorable.

    I have to say, I really miss my walking ticker!

    12 / 40 .... gotta pick up the pace a bit.
  • I walked 3.5 outside yesterday, but took today off. I had lots of work to do around the house.
    Tomorrow I'll try to get in 3 or 4 miles.
    I noticed the tickerts are missing too????

    Sorry to be so remiss in posting. Computers have been down. All is well now. Hooray! Have been getting lots of exercise, don't know if I will try to back log it.

    Hurrah! I've past my goal for the month! I estimated 25 miles but have already done 30. I'm so excited. Thanks to all of you for keeping me on track. Seeing the progress all of you make keeps me going.

    By the way, I've lost my mileage ticker from Tickerfactory.com Does anyone have an idea why? I've been trying to put it back on my posts but "signature" is gone from my tools. Any ideas??? Thanks!

    When Mike started the Groups feature he also got rid of all the non MFP tickers. They are supposed to be working on an exercise and/or walking ticker for MFP but I don't know when it will happen. Soon, I hope!

    I've been keeping track in a Word document for another challenge so at least I can still keep track of how many miles I've walked this month that way.

    I didn't get much walking done yesterday as we went to my brother's place and it has been pouring rain. I have gotten my videos out, though, and will get at least 2 miles in today!

    Goal is 60 miles, have 33 so far.

    Another 5 miles today. That makes 35 for this month. Yay!!! I switched it up today. I was disappointed at my 1 pound weight gain this morning so I didn't work out. (Talk about punching yourself when you're down! LOL) But I thought about it all day at work and realized I was hurting myself more than I was helping. So I came home and did Leslie's 5 miles. Good for me! Have a good evening everyone!

    Did the 5 mile walk for the first time on Friday it was good! Thus far have kept up with the 3~mile walk on Zumba off days, so far so good November!!!!! Go Me Go!!!

    Hi all. I love her. I did a search yesterday for Leslie and came up with nothing. I decided then I wanted a WATP challenge and started one too. Regardless, I am glad to have found an ACTIVE thread.

    So far this month, I have walked 21 miles. My goal is to walk 10 miles a week, but apparently I am not achieving that.

    OK got sidetracked this weekend (did yoga & step) .....for walking only 2 Miles (Big Burn .... love that one)

    14 / 40 I've got to do some catch-up this week or I'm not gonna make my goal.

    Only one mile yesterday--had meetings all afternoon.

    Today is supposed to be clear, cold and windy--I'll see how it goes outside but may end up doing a video.

    It's funny--I ALWAYS did videos but now I want to walk outside and have a hard time making myself do anything indoors. I'd better get used to it, though!

    I was vegging on the couch yesterday and decided it would be a good time to "Leslie". LOL I ended up with six more miles! Yay me!!! I made a good choice. I set 25 as my goal and I've done 41 miles so far. I guess November brings out the best in me. Have a good day!

    p.s. I miss my mileage ticker :cry:

  • I,ve had a very busy week and have been bad about logging in, but have still been squeezing in my walks,
    I'm at 44/60. Looks like you all are doing great too.. It;s been a great month for walking, Now if we can just keep up this pace all next week lol. good luck eveyone. I'm headed out of town to see family, so I probably wont be on much, I promice I'll try not to over do it. I've been so good this, month and even down a couple of lbs..:bigsmile:

    It's snowing here this morning. I SO want to go walking in it! We'll see--it does look like it is very wet and it's supposed to melt away by tomorrow.

    Goal is 60 miles, have 48 so far.
