Only got 2.2 miles done on the elliptical last night... I didn't get out of class till late and the YMCA closed before I could do more than this, but I'm proud to say I was the last one out of the parking lot last night. Woot! I'm going for more miles tonight.0

I'm in! This will be a great motivator for me to get back into the swing of exercising. I'll most likely be cycling, walking, and on the ellipitical! I'll start tonight!!0

I'm in as well. This will be a great motivator for me to get my cardio in. In order to finish the 100 miles challenge, I guess I need to run atleast 25 miles/week. A min of 5 miles/day for atleast 5 days a week. That is daunting assuming that I am not a runner to begin with. But hey, I am not a loser either. Let me give it a try and go for it ;-). Watch-out for my ticker updates.

(yesterday)- 2.30 on the treadmill, and 9.91 on the bike.
In all for yesterday it was 12.21 miles.
(today)- 2.35 on the treadmill, and 10.58 on the bike
In all for today it was 12.93 miles.
In all for both the days it calculates up to 25.14 miles!

Hi, I tried this last month. I made it to 63 miles and got a bad cold sore throat thing and fell off. I am going to start again tomorrow. I really hope I can make it this month. God Bless, Cheryl0

Well - my training plan from the start of the year said 150 for november, but I'm going to shoot for 200+ on the bike/trainer again this month... I've a new toy to cover the bad weather - Tacx Bushido & PC Link software (which i'm currently fighting with as it's a bit bug-ridden and horrible, but I'll get there!)
01/11/2011 - 13.17km - 13.17km total (8.18 miles) - 1094kcal - Turbo trainer session (bushido kept crashing!)
02/11/2011 - 24.29km - 37.46km total (23.28 miles) -1509kcal - 2603kcal total - normal road loop
03/11/2011 - 19.58km - 57.04km total (35.45 miles) - 1192kcal - 3795kcal total - abreviated local loop due to rainstorm
