    Hi, I would like to join if I can still. I have never done this before but would like to get at least 10lbs off this month. I will send you a friend request now. Going back to work in January after mat leave and need to fit in old wardrobe!

    Starting weight today was 159.
    Plan to drink 2-2.5litres water a day.
    Gym at least 3 times a week.
    No cheat days until end of month.

    November goals

    Drink 100 ounces of water a day
    Limit myself to 1 "treat" a day (as long as it is low calorie and fits in my log)
    Work out at LEAST every other day.

    Plan for the month- get back on track October I really fell off the wagon and gained 3.5 lbs... I didnt even know it was possible to gain that much in a month! Current weight 160.4 lbs
    Goals- Exercise at least 3 days a week
    Eat 1200 calories daily and use food log daily
    One trick I have with water intake is I drink 4 cups my first hour I am awake- sets the tone for the entire say I am usually at 10-12 cups by the end of the day.

    My November plan includes:
    - Drink 8-10 glasses of water/day
    - maintain myself within my 1200 calories/day
    - walk 60 min/4 x's a week
    - zumba 4 x's a week
    - eat more veggies (weakest point)

    8 to 10 glasses of water a day( I've done it for today), 1200 calories, eat more veggies, zumba, zumba, zumba.

    My Goals:

    1. Exercise EVERYDAY.

    2. Drink more than 5 glasses of water a day.

    3. AT LEAST eat one fruit and one vegetable a day

    4. Stay within my calorie goal EVERYDAY!

    I've been slacking the past month and a half, and I need to get back on it! I want my family to be able to see a difference when we go back home!

    I also like number 2 and someone mentioned "lose a turkey for turkey-day" I didn't know a turkey weighed 10-12 lbs lol cute

    My goals this month

    - 30 minutes on treadmill a day
    - 30 pushups a day
    - 3 fruit 3 veg a day
    - Stay within calorie goal everyday

    I like move-ember too and I am going to try and increase my gym visits this month so it fits!

    Yesterday my SW was 159 but that was more of a halloween bloat - today it is 156 (last friday it was 154 so that is bad!).

    Anyway hopefully in a month I will be 146 - good luck to everyone!

    Hello everyone so excited about joining the group

    here are my goals for November (SW:270)

    1. Increase my Zumba classes to twice a week instead of one
    2. Incorporate more exercises at home 3 times a week for 1.5 hrs
    3. Drink more water. half of my body weight in ounces
    4. Limit servings of bread and cereal increase my fruit and veggie intake
    5. lose 10lbs

    My suggestion for a group name is Turkey Lurkey!

    I was happy to get my 8 cups of water in yesterday. I had a great workout planned but stayed too long at school and missed the daylight :(

    Trying harder today.

    *Stay at or under calories
    *Drink at least 100oz of water a day
    *Do not skip meals- Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    *Workout at least 6 days a week
    *Do 1000 Jumping Jacks a day (10 sets of 100)

    Drank 3 litres of water yesterday and was good with food. Didn't make it to the gym - hope to go tonight. Hope everyone is doing ok.
