I'm in!! My goal is 20 lbs - New to this site, use to weight watchers so not sure how the calorie counting will go but looking forward to trying. Does anyone have any exercise suggestions - I was thinking about trying Insanity or 30 day shred...I'm predominately working out from home.0

I'm in!! My name is Chrissy and need something to get me out of this slum. I would like to be down 20lbs by December 25th. I am scheduled for my drivers license picture for December 23rd and it is also my B-Day:) So I am going to have to look at that picture for 4years.

how do we change my settings so people can see what I'm eating that might help me I think.
I work 12 hr days so if anyone can recommend any food meal plans I can prepare in advance it would help.0 -
I'm in too, I have slowed down to pretty much a stop in my weight loss, so giving myself a 5lb target which will complete a 3 stone loss!!! I still have more to lose but finding it hard at mo!!!

I am finding myself in the same predicament. I am actually afraid to run in my neighborhood at night. Not the safest nor well lighted area but I need to get in my running outside time(training for a half marathon). If anyone has any suggestions for me.0

I would love to join in. I would like to lose 24lb by xmas but think that is a tough order. I will therefore settle for 10lb. Anything over that is a bonus.0

I'm currently trying to motivate myself to go to one of my least fav zumba instructors in 1.5 hrs. The challenge is getting my kids ready and on time, too.0

I'm aiming for 25lbs, but as long as I get over 14 I'll be happy.
I can't fit in the gym before work as my partner takes the car in the morning and I wouldn't be back in time. Am swimming tonight which gets me out of the house and moving.0 -

I am not a morning person but it looks like I may not have a choice. I am going for a run today at 7:00pm with a friend. I am going to plan to run tomorrow morning at 7:15am after I drop my son off at school. My goal is to get myself up at 5am to run in the mornings by next week. My problem is that I am up late doing paperwork for work.0

I used to weigh in on Fridays for the same reason BUT i used to celebrate weight loss a little too much throughout the weekend. So now I officially weigh in Thursday mornings. Its far enough away from the weekend that i can recover from bad choices but i don't get weekend cocky lol. I'll weigh in for this group though whenever everyone chooses.0

I'm away for 2 nights, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to make good food choices,

I weighed in this morning and have maintained from last week which is a bonus considering Halloween hit. But it's only the 4th so I have plenty of time.
