Beginner's Challenge November
So I noticed people are doing challenges to get motivated and support eachother, so I thought I'd do one too. I decided to make it simple for people who are just starting or who are having trouble getting their butts moving (ME!) This challenge will start today November 1st, and end November 30th! Now I'm ok with people starting anytime throughout the month, but you have to give it your all and we have to help cheer eachother on! Now here's our challenge
40 Miles
300 Crunches
300 Push ups
300 Lunges
300 Squats
That's the total amount to do this month, 40 miles is 10 miles a week (2 miles for five days!) That seems pretty simple!
Now we'll post in here on saturday our totals from the week! WHO'S IN?!?!?
