Yes you can walk, you can do anything that you need to do to get the miles in. I do the women push ups, I have to build up to the normal ones0 -

If you have a phone with android apps you can download iMapMyRun and it will tell you how far you've run, how fast you go, and even tracks your route. That's what I use. The only other thing I know of are the treadmills and stuff will let you know how far you've gone.0 -

I surprised myself by doing four lmao! Hopefully keeping it up, it will get better. Cheers for this i needed the motivation0
