    This week I got in
    5 miles (my knee was acting up this week; will be caught up by next week)
    50 crunches (for this challenge)
    50 push ups
    50 lunges
    50 squates

    Hola! Slow start for me.... 6 miles, 30 squats, 30 push ups, 30 lunges, 0 crunches.

    Im not good at push ups but i will do my best lol

    I try to do the push ups I cant. Can i do the womens push up The bent knee one? or sit ups? would that count?

    Yes you can walk, you can do anything that you need to do to get the miles in. I do the women push ups, I have to build up to the normal ones

    Aweosme thanks I will start the push ups now. For the the miles i need a machine or anything how would I know how many miles I did lolol Silly question i know lol

    If you have a phone with android apps you can download iMapMyRun and it will tell you how far you've run, how fast you go, and even tracks your route. That's what I use. The only other thing I know of are the treadmills and stuff will let you know how far you've gone.

    This is exactly what I need to get motivated. Hopefully it's ok to use the distances from my Leslie Sansone walking DVDs as mileage?

    lol, you just have to build yourself up to do more, took me forever to be able to do five!

    25 pushups
    0 lunges
    0 crunches

    I surprised myself by doing four lmao! Hopefully keeping it up, it will get better. Cheers for this i needed the motivation

    I AM SO UPSET I had my challenge on my signature and Now I think they turn off that and I lost all the numbers. I cant remember how much I did :( So i have to start over tomorrow. Grr

    Yup I had all my info for this challenge and i was doing good. And its sad I lost it all. Now i started over. I put it on my profile now :)
