    I would stick to wine or beer, mainly for your health. The liver can digest this a lot better than spirits! I have stopped drinking 80% of the time now an use the same rule as I do for food. 80% good...20% bad! I exercise 3-5 times a week. You don't have to give up things you enjoy afterall it's a lifestyle, not a diet :happy: Cheers:drinker:

    I don't drink very often but when I do I:

    1) Make sure it's only vodka and diet coke (50-60 cals a drink)

    2) Have the alcohol instead of dinner (this has the added bonus of making you drunk faster due to lack of food meaning you drink less and consume fewer calories)

    this is horrible, horrible advice. good Lord.

    ROFL...when I was in college, we used to go sell plasma before heading out to the bars for the same reason. Ah, youth!

    I agree about the Jaeger though...it's yummy but too rich...do shots of good vodka or tequila instead. And leave off the red bulls at night!

    Does anyone have advice about minimizing the calories in sake? I'm going for sushi tomorrow night..
