Thanks for running this challenge. I was concerned that I was hitting a plateau in my weight loss (but have managed to keep on losing fairly steadily).
As at 30th November, I've spent 1,890 minutes exercising this month. I didn't expect it to be so high, but I still count the work done in the garden (which has involved a lot of digging/moving soil in preparation for Summer) .0 -
Finished up with 1335 minutes total!

I started my weightless journey last January and was down 28lbs but I've recently gotten in a rut and gained about 7lbs back. MFP was a great motivator when I first stared on my journey and I think the 1000 minute challenge is just what I need to get back into the swing of things!!
