Thank you everyone for posting your results! They are all very inspirational. I ran into an issue with going to the gym now that my kids are out of school for the summer. So I finally broke down and bought a copy on Amazon at a discounted price - $65. I am only 5 days in and am hoping for some serious results.

I'm excited to share mine. I lost about 10 pounds doing one round of insanity while breastfeeding my baby. He turned 5 months when I finished and he's my third kid. I'm 38 years old, was 154 when I started. Just hit 143 yesterday. I did diet somewhat, in the sense that I cut out processed carbs, but kept my calories up so I could keep the baby fed! But I was eating garbage before. Anyway, here are my pictures of my back, since no one can say I'm "sucking it in" in these. Side and front pictures were good too, but...wellllll. Here you go.

Have any plus size women tried this?
I'm still sitting just above 240 (from 268 in Jan!), but had trouble with 30DS...couldn't finish the first workout.

    Thoughts?

I have done it. I did not finish, but did about 3 weeks on and off and loved it. I was feeling so strong and could see my body changing quick. I was right around 220 when I did it(down from 300!). It was tough, but doable. I modified a lot of the moves(no jumping, slower, less reps, etc.) to suit my fitness level. You just have to give it your all and you will get stronger and faster each time you do it.

Insanity has amazing results its the first program that took me off my platueau and does challenge you both physically and mentally lol I would suggest if anyone has any knee or back issues to look into Shaun T's newest workout T25 there is a modifier in the workout and they are only 25 min long and not as intense. message me for more information on this program if you like, but again Insanity is an amazing program!!!

    Hi-

I completed Insanity almost exactly a year ago. I did not follow the nutrition plan and did not count calories and I was happy with my results. I am 5'7 and my starting weight was 142lbs. I was 125lbs before having twins and then another baby all within 17 months....both deliveries were C-section so I have that lovely scar tissue and flap. Wonderful. After 1 round of insanity, I was at 133lbs and I lost 4 inches off my waist, 3 off my hips, and 2 off my arms.

Of course after that I stopped and gained all of the weight back and then some. :(. So, I started over and am now on month 2, week 2, day 3 and watching my diet this time. I will post my new results once I finish.

I have never posted before, let alone posted pics, so I have no idea if these will show up properly, but here goes.....

Im on day 3 of insanity. Im aching but not as much as day 1 and 2. Im actually looking forward to tomorrows work out. Me and my husband are doing it together. I need to loose about 55lb but would be quiet happy with even 28lb to be honest. As long as i drop a couple of dress sizes.
Im off to bed now but am looking forward to reading through this post properly to.orrow to see everyones results xx
