Hiya, Bryan! I'm so glad you found us and are thinking about taking that first step. I know how hard it can be. I've lost over 100 pounds myself, then backslid because of depression and some bad meds and several insults to my metabolism, but I'm back at it again, this time with only about 50 pounds to lose.

I have a friend here whom I think can help you because he has been where you are right now:

Send him a friend request and tell him Tracy the Ragtimelady sent you. I know you can do this, and you'll find people here who are fighting the same fight and winning!

Best to you, and I'll send a friend request, too...

The great thing about changing your life style.
Is once you get started its easy sailing!

You will find delicious foods to replace the bad choices. Working out wont feel like you are dying... you will actually look forward to doing it. Find things that motivate you! Fitness magazine, personal trainer, Experiment with food and cook up new healthy meals, other peoples before and after videos or pics! Choose to walk a mile up the road instead of drive. Small changes go along way!

Good luck you can do this!!!!
