 Hi hon, not sure exactly how you are following the daily intake and only lost 19 lbs in six months; according to MFP my daily intake is 1200 and I manage to lose 36 lbs  in four months. The first two weeks I manage to lose 12 lbs without starving myself. You may need to push your photo session til the beginning of the year and revamp your food choices. :drinker:

Keep in mind, she was only 25 pounds from her goal when she started. The less you have to lose, the slower it should be. She's losing at a great pace for the amount she has to lose.

    Congrats on your fabulous loss!

But we are all built differently and will lose differently. I have been losing .5 - 1lb per week on average and though I secretly wish it was faster/more, I know this is a good habit forming pace for me. Also I didn't have a lot to lose (as LorinaLynn stated) and that has made it soooooooo hard! And these last 6lbs even HARDER!!!! It's extremely frustrating and depressing to only lose .2lbs in a week and a half. *shakes fist at sky*

Like you, I started with a BMI of around 25, so the loss has been SLOW... but you're doing great!! :flowerforyou:
