    Kirkland (Costco) multivitamin + milk thistle...the milk thistle was for recovering from a 3 month alcohol binge that made my liver noticeably bigger from palpating it and it was actually starting to feel sore.... the milk thistle seems to have worked as my liver is no longer as big and no more soreness :).

    Zn, Fe and Mg - these can be hard to come by even in balanced vegetarian diets, and I have reason to believe I am a little low in all three.

    EC? EFA's?
    EC- ephedrine and caffeine for increased thermogenisis (however it's really only noticably effective if your close to your low body goal)
    EFA- essential fatty acids.

    Multi, fish oil, whey protein (Myofusion is yummy!), usplabs supercissus. Does anyone take a preworkout product? Need some recommendations for a new one, trying to gain some size!
