I do, actually. However, if I'm going to step outside of reality & eat something with 'no consequences' then I don't really need it, do I? :)

Pumpkin cheesecake from Olive Garden. (I had half a slice today... but could have easily downed the whole dang thing!)

I'm thinking this sounds good too but now I want a deep fried Twinkie covered in chocolate.

This doesn't really work for me right now. I KNOW what I ate when I didn't CARE if there were consequences (4 Cadbury's Creme Eggs in a row, whole family bars of Dairy Milk, whole tubs of Ben and Jerry's (minus a toddler portion)). Now I can't get excited about doing that again. Quantity doesn't excite me the way it did, and I CAN eat whatever I like, in moderation, without any of the dreaded consequences.

I have the calories left for a Krispy Kreme right now... I could go for that, but I know there's nothing all that wrong about doing so, as long as it's not every day.

You are absolutely right... It's like the saying goes... Everything in moderation.
