    I never really thought about rating my confidence. I'm feeling very confident because I am taking a serious effort to improve my health which makes me feel very good about myself. :smile:

    Since the 18-20 lbs down from 2 months ago, probably a 6. I have this strange disconnection. My personality and ability to communicate, my self confidence is like 100.

    Then when I look in a mirror, it's a different story.
